Registration Guidelines

After receiving the official conference acceptance letter from Conference Email (icacrs.confe@gmail.com), the corresponding author must register to include the accepted paper in ICACRS 2022 Conference Proceedings.

The following steps should be followed to submit the final documents:

Step 1:

A maximum of 6 authors are allowed in a manuscript. If exceeds, authors should mention the individual contribution made by each author via Email.

Convert the final paper to PDF and attach both the Source file [Doc, Docx, LaTex] while submitting final documents.

Finally Rename your Source document and PDF file with the Paper ID mentioned in the official acceptance letter.

Step 2:

Fill the Copyright Form by entering all the author[s] name and affiliation. The copyright form should be finally completed by adding the signature of the corresponding author.

Please rename your Copyright Form with the corresponding paper ID.

Step 3:

To confirm your participation in ICACRS, please pay the registration fee and confirm your slot on or before the registration deadline mentioned in the conference homepage.

For the inclusion of your final camera-ready paper in the conference proceeding (as well as the IEEE Xplore digital library), your paper must be presented at the conference. Therefore, at least one of the authors should register for the conference before the final manuscript deadline mentioned in the conference homepage.

One Registration covers the publication of one manuscript, individual certificates, one conference kit, DVD Conference Proceedings, admission to all scientific sessions and keynote program, and lunch/breaks.

For registration, kindly refer the acceptance email.

 

Note: The corresponding author of the accepted paper[s] need to register before submitting their final manuscript.

After completing all the three process, the corresponding author should submit the final documents [Camera-Ready paper, Copyright Form, and Payment Receipt] to the conference Email icacrs.confe@gmail.com for receiving final confirmation, ICACRS 2022 presentation schedule and publication related updates.

 

Presentation Guidelines:

If your article was accepted, the author must deliver a 20-minute presentation followed by a 5-Minute Q&A Session. The author should have an access to a PC with Power point and Adobe with proper internet connection to deliver a hassle free presentation. We highly advise you to limit the number of slides in your presentation to 15 or more.

 

Conference Refund Policy:

Authors:

Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event are eligible for an 50% refund of the registration fees paid.

Registrations cancelled 30-60 days before the event are eligible for an 25% refund of the registration fees paid.

Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event are no longer eligible for a refund.

Listeners:

Registrations cancelled more than 10 working days before the event are eligible for a refund of the registration fees paid, less a 20% administration charge.

No refunds are available for cancellations made within 10 working days of the event.

IMPORTANT: Authors should own the full responsibility for preprint and post conference plagiarism issues. In IEEE conferences, the copyright of the article belongs to IEEE. Authors should get proper permission to upload in the preprint websites.
